We're building a new Enterprise Client Marketing team focused on deepening relationships with some of Vanguard's most important institutional clients. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Engagement

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies designed to strengthen relationships with priority enterprise clients and senior decision-makers. This individual will partner closely with Enterprise Client leadership and divisional stakeholders across sales, marketing and communications, ISG, OGC, and other functions to align engagement strategies, identify opportunities for collaboration, and deliver coordinated client experiences.

Differentiated Client Experiences and Marquee Events

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of high-impact client experiences that strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, including executive forums, client councils, hospitality programs, regional events, and other executive engagement opportunities.

Thought Leadership and Content Strategy

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute thought leadership and content strategies that reinforce Vanguard's position as a trusted, insight-driven partner for C-suite executives and key influencers. The role will partner across the enterprise to ensure content is tailored to enterprise clients and aligned with broader commercial priorities.

Strategic Positioning and Executive Communications

The Senior Marketing Manager will help shape the value proposition of the Enterprise Client Group and compelling narratives that reinforce the firm’s role as a strategic partner to enterprise clients. This role will support executive-level messaging, talking points, briefing materials, presentations, client communications, and other content that enables senior leaders to engage effectively with C-suite clients and key influencers.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum eight years related work experience, three years of marketing experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

- Deep understanding of asset management, investment solutions, client segments, and enterprise-level clients.  Experience in FAS or Workplace Solutions preferred.

- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and client engagement programs.
- Experience developing thought leadership that translates complex market, investment, or business topics into compelling narratives.

- Ability to plan and execute executive forums, client councils, premium hospitality programs, or other high-impact client experiences.

- Ability to partner with senior leaders across sales, investments, marketing, communications, legal, compliance, analytics, and operations.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured by measurable impact on client engagement, relationship depth, brand perception, pipeline support, and revenue opportunities.

- Deepen engagement with priority enterprise clients.

- Deliver integrated marketing programs that strengthen executive relationships and support commercial objectives.

- Create distinctive thought leadership and executive-level content that resonates with C-suite audiences.

- Execute marquee client experiences that strengthen relationships and generate measurable business impact.

- Improve coordination across sales, marketing, and communications.

This role is part of our hybrid work model with a required three days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the following locations: Malvern, PA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas (Plano), TX; Scottsdale, AZ. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
