We're building a new Enterprise Client Marketing team focused on deepening relationships with some of Vanguard's most important institutional clients. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Marketing Execution
The Client Marketing Manager will support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with priority enterprise clients and senior decision-makers. The role will assist in translating marketing priorities into actionable plans and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
Differentiated Client Experiences and Event Execution
The Client Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of high-impact client experiences, including executive forums, client councils, hospitality programs, regional events, and other executive engagement opportunities. The role will be responsible for coordinating program logistics, managing project plans and timelines, partnering with internal and external vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of client experiences.
Thought Leadership and Content Activation
The Client Marketing Manager will support the development and activation of thought leadership initiatives that reinforce the firm's position as a trusted, insight-driven partner for C-suite executives and key influencers. The individual will help ensure content reaches the appropriate audiences and supports broader client engagement objectives.
Program Coordination
The Client Marketing Manager will support multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and help drive effective execution across the Enterprise Client Marketing function. The role will help maintain planning processes, project timelines, and operational disciplines that support quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum five years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
- Understanding of asset management, investment solutions, client segments, and enterprise-level clients. Experience in FAS or Workplace Solutions preferred.
- Experience supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, client engagement programs, or strategic marketing initiatives.
- Experience planning and coordinating events, executive forums, hospitality programs, conferences, or other client-facing experiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
This role is part of our hybrid work model with a required three days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the following locations: Malvern PA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas (Plano), TX; Scottsdale, AZ. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
