Quality Control Technician II - Food Manufacturing

Are you passionate about food safety and quality? Join a growing food manufacturing team where you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. As a Quality Control Technician II , you'll be the on-site quality expert, conducting product inspections, monitoring food safety programs, verifying production standards, supporting audits, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. ### What You'll Do
Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Monitor HACCP programs, CCPs, GMPs, sanitation, allergen controls, and food safety practices Conduct environmental monitoring, pre-operational inspections, and product hold/release activities Investigate quality issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Assist with audits, traceability exercises, mock recalls, and regulatory inspections Train and coach team members on food safety and quality procedures Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to improve processes and product quality
### What We're Looking For
2+ years of quality, food safety, QA, or QC experience in food manufacturing Experience working in FDA and/or USDA-regulated environments Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety regulations, and quality systems Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and documentation practices Ability to work independently while partnering with leadership and plant teams Experience with audits, environmental monitoring, allergen programs, or traceability activities is a plus HACCP, SQF, or GFSI certifications are highly desired Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

### Schedule
Monday through Friday | 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM Additional overtime, weekend, or off-shift support may be required based on production needs. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
