💵 Salary: $23,000 MXN / month 🎁 Additional Benefits:

JOB SUMMARY
The Compliance Admin is responsible for new contractor onboarding as well as conducting checkups on contractor violation records. They work hand in hand with the processing department which sends over approved applicants to be re-verified and onboarded. They also audit the contractor’s DQF files and criminal records. Compliance requires you to be constantly reading and responding to emails to stay updated on anything new that may arise, whether it involves contractors or assisting with other departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support for Safety:
- Complete safety reviews based on FMCSA and company eligibility requirements
- Receive and log alerts regarding contractor violations when they occur
- Confirm that contractor violations are accurate whether there are new violations or past
- Monitor contractor violation points to assure no contractor is over the maximum of 4
- Update expirations for inhouse documents as well as federal related required documentation
- Conduct and submit yearly audits to ensure all contractors follow company regulation
- Process moves, cancelation of coverages and terminations.
- Review and verify reports from previous employers to ensure no information is missing
- Make sure contractor’s MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and their certification match
- Complete employment verifications within 30 days
- Stay organized and updated on daily emails which can have a variety of content
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the Safety Team.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and other divisions to enhance overall performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear guidance and support.
