🎯 Position Summary
As a Community Educator , you will play a vital role in expanding Big Bend Hospice's presence throughout the Panama City market by developing and strengthening relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing referrals, admissions, and awareness of the exceptional care provided by Big Bend Hospice. 💙
