Overview
The Digital Brand Services (DBS) Global Readiness Team is currently seeking an Associate Trainer for our Service area. We are looking for an individual with a passion for teaching others, and someone who can thrive in our fast-paced environment. This individual’s primary responsibilities will include creation, delivery and maintenance of our Service Training programs.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Maintain expert-level knowledge in Service processes
- Full accountability and maintenance of the Service training programs
- Facilitate Service training to both new and existing team members
- Track and report upon training results at both the course and individual levels
- Create, deliver and evaluate new curriculum, as well as maintain existing curriculum
- Work closely with Quality and Leadership groups to evaluate training efficacy and identify future training opportunities
Required Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Ability to facilitate live training sessions both virtually and in-person
- Capability to translate complex processes or information into actionable and understandable concepts at varying levels of the business
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality)
