As Customer Account Leader – Engine Leasing , you will provide administration and oversight of engine leasing transactions to ensure contractual compliance, asset availability, accurate billing, track key-performance-indicators and seamless coordination across sales, operations, maintenance and customers.

What You’ll Do

- Manage documents as per company, customer, and regulatory standards and process. Assures required information is entered into the appropriate computer system (internal and external).
- Obtain updated information from customers and manage billing invoice rentals on monthly basis.
- Maintain multiple databases and reports of current and past leases for distribution as required.
- Performs assigned system maintenance to various electronic files.
- Builds relationships with both external and internal clients.
- Provide effective support to facilitate contract administration and transaction closure for engine leasing.
- Verify and provide availability of requested lease. Manage the completion and collection of all documentation required per contractual agreements.
- Evaluate logistics; coordinate with field service, sales, operations, and customers on all aspects of lease assets.
- Manage all aspects of lease transactions in multiple operating systems and databases.
- Monitors and analyzes cost projections on an ongoing basis, proposing solutions for corrective action as required.
- Administer claims to maintenance service programs for various web-based portals.
- Preferred knowledge in one or more engine programs including Honeywell / Pratt & Whitney Canada / Rolls Royce.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy, contract compliance special programs, warranty and discounts. Resolves discrepancies and disputes.
- Coordinate with sales, shop, customer on rental requirements and priority
- Verify credit terms with accounting departments
- Collect updated lease engine times/cycles and invoice accordingly each month. Record and provide information to required departments.
- Review and pay vendor invoices from engines services companies.
- Maintain systems to track assets.
- Carries out additional projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of customer service experience or related administrative/operations support experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, aviation, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

Desired Characteristics

- Experience with contract administration, customer account coordination, billing, invoicing, or similar commercial transactions.
- Experience working with ERP systems, databases, or other business systems used to manage customer, asset, inventory, or transaction information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, GE, BGA, or commercial engine programs and related products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and adapt communication style to the audience.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including customer relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment with sensitivity to different cultural norms and practices.
- Knowledge of applicable company procedures and export compliance requirements.
