What You will Do:

- Lead the conceptualization, design, development & detailing.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Design change Management and PLM.
- In depth knowledge on Electrical Cabinets & Cable harness design.
- Capability to design the cabinets & harnesses independently. Understanding on the SLD’s & schematics
- Must be able to work on Selection of components, BoM preparation, Terminal Strips, Wire Chart / Cable Schedule, etc independently.
- Knowledge about HVAC system & Grounding of the panel / components
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and First Pass with high-Quality Adherence.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, cross-functional communication, and project scheduling capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer pain points, analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Bring:

- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience : Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on Electrical design experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.
- NPI projects knowledge specifically for E-houses, modular buildings, plant rooms, or heavy industrial enclosures.
- Familiarity with international standards for industrial enclosures and electrical safety (e.g. UL/NEC, IEC, NEMA classifications) is added advantage.
- Software: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.

Pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000/year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, Texas
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking
