Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Missions System (RMS) business in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will design, integrate/test and conduct data analysis to assess system performance of the Command, Control and Communications (C3) systems. The C3 systems perform multiple critical functions such as radar and sensor management, track filtering, track management including correlation/association, control of multiple communication links, threat evaluation and prioritization, and command of weapon systems for target engagement or assignment. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems engineering principles, algorithm development, and data analysis. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field
• Strong foundation in systems engineering principles can include allocation, tracing, and authoring; system design and algorithm development; data analysis of simulation and test data; and system integration and test
• Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or similar programming or scripting language
• Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of algorithm development, data analysis, and system test
• Experience with formal requirements verification, test procedure and test script development, and root cause analysis and resolution of defects
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Git

• Experience with system integration and testing, and interfacing with software teams to communicate designs and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Pay Information

* $61500.00 - $116455.00
