Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Implementation Services (VIS) helps clients successfully implement Visa solutions by translating strategy and product capabilities into real-world execution. VIS partners closely with clients to design and deliver implementations that are practical, scalable, and aligned to each client’s business, technical, and operational context.

The Senior Manager will support VIS growth across the Enablers segment, including acquirers, processors, fintechs, technology partners, and enabling platforms. The role will place particular emphasis on Acceptance Solutions and will help turn client needs and Visa capabilities into differentiated implementation offerings and client pursuits.

This is a client-facing individual contributor role that combines payments expertise, consulting problem solving, offering development, sales enablement and pipeline management. Success means creating client-ready solutions, improving opportunity conversion, building reusable offerings and collateral and establishing strong governance in opportunity life cycle that help clients realize value from Visa capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Opportunity Development

- Translate Enablers priorities into focused account, offering, and go-to-market initiatives, with emphasis on Acceptance Solutions and implementation-driven growth.

- Identify VIS opportunities within active, completed, and prospective engagements by connecting client needs to implementation, modernization, data, risk, operations, and program-management capabilities.

- Develop opportunity hypotheses, value propositions, and client-outcome narratives; maintain clear next steps, owners, dependencies, and decisions for assigned pursuits.

- Use payments, market, and client insights to help prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, client value, delivery feasibility, and commercial potential.

Client Discovery and Solution Development

- Lead or support client discovery sessions and workshops to clarify business objectives, operating constraints, technology dependencies, risks, and desired outcomes.

- Translate ambiguous needs into structured solution concepts, workstreams, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation approaches.

- Partner with solution architects, product teams, VCA practices, data, technology, operations, and delivery leaders to develop integrated, feasible solutions.

- Present solution concepts to internal and client stakeholders and refine them based on feedback, ensuring recommendations include a practical path to implementation and value realization.

Offering Development and Sales Enablement

- Develop modular and repeatable VIS offerings, including target clients, use cases, value propositions, qualification criteria, delivery approaches, pricing inputs, and sales activation plans.

- Create customized executive presentations, proposals, one-page solution summaries, discovery tools, sales narratives, and statement-of-work inputs for priority clients and products.

- Adapt common VIS capabilities to Enablers-specific needs while reusing proven assets and incorporating feedback from client conversations and delivery experience.

- Enable Account Executives, segment teams, and product sellers to position VIS capabilities and understand when to engage solution and delivery resources.

Pursuit and Cross-Functional Execution

- Coordinate assigned pursuits from opportunity framing through proposal development and transition to delivery, with clear workplans, contributors, reviews, and target dates.

- Support pipeline governance, opportunity qualification, internal approvals, client follow-up, and accurate tracking in designated systems.

- Coordinate third-party RFP activities when required, including scope definition, response evaluation, vendor presentations, and contractor workstream oversight.

- Build trusted relationships across Enablers, Sales, Product, VCA, VIS, Technology, and Operations, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
