Job Description

Role Overview

This individual contributor Analyst role provides project initiative and administrative support to the VP and CIE leadership team, helping shape the future of Case Investigation and Enforcement (CIE). The role enables global leaders to operate effectively by supporting business rhythms, strategic planning, operating model initiatives, executive materials, and day-to-day administrative needs.

The role provides essential administrative support to the VP and project initiative support to the CIE leadership team. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, planning travel, preparing expense reports, organizing documents, supporting logistics, and tracking follow-ups. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, expense report preparation, and logistics support.

- Support meeting preparation and follow-through, including agenda preparation, meeting notes, action-item tracking, and coordination of follow-ups.

- Partner across CIE and business partners to coordinate initiative inputs, support stakeholder alignment, track follow-ups, and help ensure timely execution against leadership priorities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3–5+ years of experience in business support, executive administration, program coordination, project management, operations, strategy, payments, financial services, risk, compliance, or related field.

- Experience supporting senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, logistics, and confidential administrative support.

- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration-tool skills, with the ability to create polished leadership materials and maintain organized tracking documents.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities across leaders, initiatives, and time zones.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize inputs, document decisions, and prepare clear updates for diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

- Fluency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting global leadership teams, business operations, strategic planning, or transformation initiatives.

- Effective project and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across teams and balancing competing priorities.

- Experience with initiative management, roadmap tracking, business requirements, change management, or project management documentation.

- Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, manage confidential information, anticipate leader needs, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Knowledge of payments, compliance, risk management, business operations, or Visa systems and processes is preferred.
