GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB

The Account Coordinator Supervisor – Plumbing leads a team that ensures every project flows seamlessly from design to completion. This role bridges communication between builders, production teams, and senior management — ensuring all project information is organized, accurate, and delivered on time.
The Supervisor oversees Account Coordinators who gather, review, and distribute all job documentation — including plans, selections, and updated schedules — keeping the Plumbing Division running efficiently and aligned with Stancils reputation for quality and reliability.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor the Account Coordinator team through effective hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision.
Organize schedules, assign workloads, and conduct performance evaluations that promote growth and accountability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Project Coordination & Documentation
Review builder portals and create detailed work orders or job files based on plans and selections.
- Monitor builder portals regularly ensure production schedules remain current for assigned builders.
- Coordinate the completion and distribution of all required job documentation to support timely project startup.
- Maintain accurate records of all builder communications, schedules, and project documentation.
- Customer & Builder Communication
Serve as the primary liaison for scheduling, field management, and client communication.
- Communicate promptly with customers regarding changes, requests, and project status.
- Advocate for customers by gathering and disseminating accurate information between the field, estimating, and management teams.
- Respond to builder or field inquiries by researching prior correspondence, gathering data, and ensuring mutual understanding.
- Maintain positive builder relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and documenting all follow-up actions.
- Team & System Support
Provide backup coverage for Account Coordinators during absences.
- Partner with estimating teams to share bid information and project details.
- Support the implementation of new systems and process improvements that enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Team to keep job flow, scheduling, and documentation aligned.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, technical, or trade program acceptable).
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct and Bolt preferred but not required.
- Experience with Supply Pro or similar builder portals strongly preferred.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Primarily office-based position in an indoor, cubicle-style workspace.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and computer use (approximately 75 % of time).
- Regularly operate computers and other office machinery with precision and efficiency.
- Must be able to ascend and descend one flight of stairs to reach the primary workspace.
- Occasional movement around the office and interaction with field teams required.
