About this role
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document data requirements.
- Analyze business processes and create detailed process flow documentation, data flows, and functional specifications.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks.
- Conduct data analysis, data profiling, and data assessments to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in defining and maintaining enterprise data standards, business glossaries, and data governance policies.
- Support data stewardship activities and governance operating models.
- Work with business teams to define data quality rules, KPI metrics, and monitoring processes.
- Analyze source systems and data flows to ensure consistency and accuracy of critical business data.
- Participate in MDM initiatives involving customer, product, supplier, or other master data domains.
- Create and maintain documentation for data policies, standards, governance procedures, and business rules.
- Facilitate workshops with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and align on data management objectives.
- Support data cleansing, standardization, and remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and governance teams to implement data management best practices.
- Provide recommendations for improving data governance maturity and data quality across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Analysis, or Master Data Management.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience supporting or participating in Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
