We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Service Representative to join our team in Stuart, FL. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service inquiries, billing concerns, order requests, and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Create and manage service requests, work orders, and customer cases.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Process orders and service requests accurately within company systems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support customers with product and service-related questions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, call center, order entry, clerical support, or logistics is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.

Training

Successful candidates will receive:

- Three weeks of classroom-based training.
- One week of hands-on training with a supervisor.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
