Job Title: Administrative Support III Job Description This is a contract assignment opportunity supporting a global Vendor Management team responsible for deploying professionals who install fibre optic cables in data centres. The successful candidate will play a critical role in onboarding and offboarding contract workers, managing purchase requisitions, and supporting third-party vendor documentation. Operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where contractor access may be required within 24 hours, this role demands a strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively across a globally distributed team of approximately 18 category managers and their associated vendors. Responsibilities
- Onboard and offboard contract workers, including managing yellow badge access requests with strict adherence to tight timelines.
- Document and manage third-party vendor information to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Create and process purchase requisitions during periods of downtime or as operationally required.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems, including Excel and internal procurement tools.
- Generate reports, handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Escalate issues proactively and follow through to resolution to ensure team operations are not disrupted.
- Support global team operations, ensuring responsiveness and timeliness.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Background in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement processes.
- Strong sense of ownership proactively identifies issues, escalates when necessary, and is determined to see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a time-sensitive environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and data management tools; experience with Excel required.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative, procurement, or supply chain support role.
- Demonstrated experience working with data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and performing high-volume data entry.
- Experience supporting vendor management, contractor onboarding, or purchasing activities is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and may be required for future full-time conversion consideration.
Work Environment The position is primarily onsite with the option for a hybrid schedule, requiring three days on-site each week. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
