Job Title: Transmission Contract Administrator
Location: Reno, NV
Position Type: Contracted - Oct 26, 2026 – Oct 10, 2027
Job Type: 100% On-Site
Pay rate: $34.48/-hr on W2

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides analysis, negotiation, and administration of transmission area contracts.
- Manages and resolves contract compliance issues including tracking performance.
- Maintains contract files and documentation, including confidential information used for regulatory hearings and litigation.
- Performs the accounting settlement function of material and service related agreement invoices.
- Performs analysis on contract related issues.
- Supports pre- and post-construction activities.
- Facilitates the negotiation of simple contract amendments including date changes and minor scope changes.
- Circulates and tracks template agreements for execution.
- Supports the negotiation of transmission agreements.
- Continually evaluates current business processes and seeks to improve internal operations wherever possible.  
- Responds to data requests submitted by internal customers.
- Ensures approvals and appropriate documentation are received and maintained as needed.
- Enters contract metadata and contract documents into system of record.
- Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company. 
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
- Associates’ degree from an accredited school.
- Candidates that do not possess an associate’s degree must have 2 years of related work experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge of energy industry or contract administration practices.
- Demonstrated skills of negotiation, issue resolution, and project leadership.
- Demonstrated analytical, time management, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and organization skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in both a team oriented environment and independently.
Equipment and Applications:
- PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.  Experience with a contract management system is a plus.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- General office environment.  No special physical demands required.
