Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, and close-out. The successful candidate will establish project objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance processes, and delivery plans while ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities and expected outcomes.

The Project Manager will lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities, facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews, support process mapping and solution-definition discussions, and establish clear scope boundaries. The role will involve managing risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, change requests, and competing priorities while providing recommendations and escalation options to sponsors and governance bodies.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, senior leaders, subject matter experts, external vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, approvals, communications, and project activities. The role requires strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, consensus-building, and executive communication skills, including the preparation and presentation of project updates, options analyses, recommendations, risks, issues, and decision materials.

The Project Manager will support Agile and hybrid delivery environments through backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. The role may also involve coordinating communications, marketing, digital, content, event, partnership, and stakeholder-engagement workstreams. The successful candidate will contribute to improving project delivery practices, governance processes, requirements-gathering approaches, stakeholder engagement, and overall organizational project management maturity.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of business experience, including at least 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change initiatives, or business transformation activities. Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred, along with a professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent recognized certification.
