About this role
We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a private outpatient clinic on a full-time basis. This position combines hands-on patient care with clinical and administrative responsibilities. The LVN will assist with TMS treatments, insurance pre-authorizations, patient care, and day-to-day clinic operations.
Schedule, Pay & Location
- Location: Lubbock, TX
- Pay: $20-$24/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays: Approximately 3–4 hours when the clinic is open
Responsibilities
- Assist with TMS treatments and operate TMS equipment according to training and clinic protocols
- Prepare and monitor patients during treatments
- Take and document vital signs and other required patient information
- Complete insurance pre-authorizations and related documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers
- Assist with patient scheduling and intake
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Perform general administrative and clinic support duties as needed
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license
- Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
- Experience with insurance pre-authorizations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with both patients and administrative tasks
- Able to learn and operate specialized medical equipment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
