About the Role
As a Client Services Officer within Debt Market Services, you will administer payment functions and provide day to day operational and compliance support to the Client Services Team. You will develop a working knowledge of your assigned trusts and maintain effective relationships with clients at an operational level.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Execute payment instructions accurately and within agreed service levels
- Develop and maintain effective operational relationships with assigned clients
- Build a sound working knowledge of assigned trusts and team systems
- Complete invoicing, billing and Client Connect obligation activities
- Follow internal controls, policies, procedures and relevant risk frameworks
- Support client management, record keeping, archiving and filing requirements
- Contribute to team projects and provide backup support for colleagues.
About you
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- At least 12 months’ experience in financial services
- Exposure to securitisation or debt markets is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Analytical thinking and practical problem solving capability
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with clients and colleagues
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader team
