We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Accounting Director to lead the cost accounting function of a global manufacturing organization.

𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
Lead strategic cost accounting initiatives, process improvements, automation, and analytics
Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and overhead absorption
Manage inventory, fixed assets, cost variances, and month-end close activities
Analyze manufacturing variances, PPV, assembly yield, job lot, cycle time, and other cost trends
Develop COGS projections and provide financial insights to support profitability and margin optimization
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
Support ERP upgrades, system transformation, and other strategic finance projects
Lead, mentor, and develop cost accounting leaders and team members

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
✔️ Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
✔️ CPA is an advantage
✔️ 12+ years of relevant Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
✔️ 5+ years of managerial experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
✔️ Experience with ERP systems, system implementation, and process improvement
✔️ Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
