Salary: ₱35,000 - ₱45,000
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- With training or certification in Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH/SO2); OHNAP certification.
- Experience in a corporate setting, particularly in Safety Officer duties and implementing workplace health and safety programs.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and observational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, audits, or risk management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic healthcare, first aid, and nursing interventions while monitoring employees health concerns.
- Manage company clinic operations, medical supplies, inventory, medical records, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), medical certificates, HMO, PhilHealth, and employee insurance concerns.
- Implement workplace health and safety programs, identify potential hazards, and support risk assessment, compliance, and audit activities.
- Organize health-related initiatives, disseminate medical bulletins, and coordinate with healthcare providers and employees, including field personnel.
