This role drives the development of advanced test stations that ensure the performance and reliability of next‑generation radar and electronic warfare systems, directly supporting mission‑critical capabilities for our customers and national defense.

THE WORK

In this role you will:

• Design automated test equipment, simulation and stimulus test systems, and bench‑top manual tests for cutting‑edge radar technology.
• Develop custom test solution hardware and cable designs, applying expertise in Pro‑E, PCB design, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce and present design documentation for critical customer reviews.
• Resolve component obsolescence challenges to keep testing infrastructure ahead of emerging requirements.
• Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, and systems, leveraging signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
• Develop installation designs for components, assemblies, chassis, racks, and shelters, applying knowledge of mechanical integration and electrical safety.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of test environments, from concept through integration and validation.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field, with 5 years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of test solution hardware development, cable design, component obsolescence replacement and system/component test
• Experience working with commercial test equipment including signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
• Test automation design and measurement experience or knowledge.
• AutoCAD or Pro-E (Creo) knowledge
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Desired Skills

• PCB design using tools such as Altium, Zuken
• Understanding of bottoms up design to include drawing package structure
• Experience with design projects
• Knowledge and understanding of software as it applies to test development.

• Familiarity with LabVIEW VI’s

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
