We are growing rapidly, backed by world-class investors, and shipping new capabilities into real clinical workflows every week. We are now looking for Software Engineers to scale the core services that power our platform and build entirely new Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows that clinicians will depend on every day.

What You'll Do
- Build and ship backend services using FastAPI with MongoDB or Postgres
- Help build APIs and infrastructure that connect to LLMs and Generative AI models
- Use AI-assisted development tools to move faster while keeping quality high
- Turn early prototypes and MVPs into reliable, secure production systems, with guidance from senior engineers
- Contribute to better observability, testing, and code quality across our backend
- Deploy and run services with Docker and AWS
- Pair with senior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and real production work
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid backend fundamentals, ideally in Python (APIs, databases, basic system design)
- Curiosity about Generative AI and LLM-powered products, and hands-on experimentation with them (personal projects count)
- Familiarity with tools like Docker or cloud platforms, or a real interest in learning them
- Comfort using AI coding tools and the judgment to review and verify what they produce
- A product mindset and willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and work with cross-functional teammates
- Ownership over your work and care for reliability, clarity, and maintainability

Compensation
Base Salary $160K – $220K • Offers Equity
