Amazon is seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and collaborative Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of our Entity Risk Strategy. This role is tasked with operationalizing cross-account risk framework, translating complex strategic goals into concrete milestones, and driving end-to-end program delivery across Amazon, including Sellers, Buyers, Brands, Vendors, Amazon Pay (APay) and other account types. Sr. Program Manager will orchestrate the cross-functional roadmap, manage dependencies across Science, Engineering, Legal, PR, and Global Operations, and ensure scalable execution against bad-actor networks.
Key job responsibilities
Program Roadmap and Execution: Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for entity-level risk initiatives, translating strategic risk frameworks into synchronized operational plans across disparate teams.
Cross-Functional Program Management: Drive program cadence, alignment, and milestone tracking across specialized domains (Identity Risk, Brand Protection, Vendor and others) to ensure seamless deployment.
Operational Process Optimization: Partner with Risk, Product, Operations teams to design, test, and scale efficient standard operating procedures (SOPs) and resolution workflows that operational teams use to disrupt bad-actor networks.
Data-Driven Tracking and Metrics: Establish program health dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor throughput, driving root-cause analysis when delivery milestones or risk mitigation metrics slip.
Stakeholder and Executive Communication: Facilitate clear communication channels across diverse stakeholder groups, authoring crisp status reports, program reviews, and leadership updates to keep VPs, Directors, and working teams aligned.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
