Basic Salary: AED 2,250 per month
We are looking for a friendly and professional German-speaking Front Desk Agent to join an international branded resort on The Palm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information
- Answer calls and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Deliver professional, attentive guest service
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and able to communicate in English
- Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
