Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: 4-Star Hotel
Package: AED 6,000 basic salary per month, plus service charge
We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4-star hotel in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting, along with the ability to develop the business, improve performance and lead the F&B team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
- Identify ways to increase revenue, attract new guests and improve business performance.
- Drive the growth of bar and banqueting operations.
- Plan and promote events, offers and other revenue-generating activities.
- Monitor F&B sales, costs, budgets, stock and wastage, and take action to improve results.
- Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
- Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.
- Support the F&B Manager with operational planning, reporting and team performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
- Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
- A commercial approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve performance.
- Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
