We are hiring a friendly, skilled, and service-oriented Barista to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.
The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing warm, professional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to the restaurant's standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and other beverage equipment.
- Take guest orders and make recommendations when required.
- Ensure beverages are presented and served professionally.
- Keep the bar and beverage preparation areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely beverage service.
- Respond politely to guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Support other service duties when requested by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso equipment.
- Friendly, polite, and attentive with a professional appearance.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
Package
- Total package: AED 3,500 per month
