About this role

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Fleet Administrator / Registration Clerk to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing registrations, maintaining records and supporting customers and internal stakeholders with registration-related enquiries. You will play an important part in ensuring documentation is complete, information is accurately recorded and registration processes are completed efficiently and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing registrations accurately and within required timeframes

- Preparing, reviewing and maintaining registration documentation

- Entering and updating information in internal systems and databases

- Checking documentation for accuracy and completeness

- Following up outstanding information or documentation as required

- Responding to registration enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders

- Maintaining accurate electronic and physical records

- Scanning, filing and managing registration-related documentation

- Liaising with relevant departments and external parties when required

- Ensuring processes are completed in accordance with company procedures and relevant requirements

- Providing general administrative support to the broader team
