We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Brno . In this role, you will transform customer demand into executable production plans, ensuring materials, capacity, and resources are aligned to meet customer commitments.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Customer Care, Demand Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams, you will play a key role in driving on-time delivery performance, resolving operational challenges, and supporting the smooth execution of production activities.

JOB DUTIES

- Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and shipping requirements.
- Create and manage fixed production plans while monitoring execution and escalating issues when necessary.
- Plan production capacity based on customer orders, forecasts, safety stock requirements, and material availability.
- Monitor delivery performance and support achievement of on-time customer delivery targets.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate material shortages and supply constraints.
- Create and maintain shortage reports and track overdue orders.
- Work closely with Production, Customer Care, Engineering, Quality, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Procurement teams to resolve operational issues.
- Communicate delivery commitments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support inventory reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze root causes of planning and delivery challenges and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

YOU MUST HAVE

- Very good command of Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.

WE VALUE

- Experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Driving license (group B).
- Strong analytical and logical-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Recent graduates with relevant internships, part-time experience, or strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
