Job Description

Responsabilidades

•  Dar seguimiento al procesamiento de facturas, pagos y partidas abiertas de AP, priorizando excepciones complejas o antiguas.

•  Investigar diferencias de facturas, cuentas de proveedores y pagos, coordinando su resolución con las áreas involucradas.

•  Revisar conciliaciones de AP y la información utilizada para provisiones dentro del alcance asignado.

•  Coordinar actividades de cierre mensual, documentación de soporte y resolución oportuna de partidas pendientes.

•  Preparar reportes operativos y explicar tendencias, atrasos o excepciones recurrentes relevantes.

•  Apoyar auditorías internas y externas con evidencia clara y cumplimiento de los controles aprobados.

•  Orientar a analistas junior y detectar oportunidades para simplificar actividades recurrentes.

Requisitos mínimos / habilidades

•  Experiencia en Cuentas por Pagar, conciliaciones y controles de proceso; el JD del cliente indica entre 2 y 5 años.

•  Capacidad para analizar excepciones, priorizar casos y coordinar con Compras, Tesorería y Contabilidad.

•  Conocimiento de sistemas ERP y manejo de Excel.

•  Inglés: el JD original solicita 80% avanzado; confirmar por posición y clasificación de idioma del pricing.

Requisitos deseables / habilidades

•  Conocimiento de SAP, Excel avanzado y operaciones de servicios compartidos.

•  Experiencia en auditorías, mejoras operativas y acompañamiento de equipos.
