Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Junior Analyst, Accounts Payable

Support accurate and timely Accounts Payable processing by checking invoice information, documenting routine exceptions and maintaining reliable transaction records under established procedures.

Responsibilities

•  Receive, review and register invoices and support documents using established ERP procedures.

•  Verify supplier information and purchase-order or receipt references when required; document missing information.

•  Monitor invoice status, track pending items and follow up with the appropriate teams.

•  Identify duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent documents and escalate exceptions promptly.

•  Prepare simple operational reports and supporting information for period-end activities.

•  Respond to routine invoice inquiries and route complex accounting or payment cases to a senior analyst.

•  Follow approved internal controls, segregation-of-duties requirements and service commitments.

We seek qualifications in you!

•  Practical understanding of invoice processing and document validation; relevant administrative or AP experience is useful.

•  Organized follow-up, attention to detail and ability to work with written procedures and exceptions.

•  Working knowledge of Excel and ability to learn an ERP system.

•  English: validate by specific hiring requisition. The original client JD states 80% Advanced, which is not yet confirmed for all AP positions.

Preferred qualifications / skills

•  Experience with SAP or another ERP and high-volume invoice environments.

•  Exposure to supplier service requests and process improvement.
