Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst, Supplier Master Data

Maintain accurate and complete supplier master data by reviewing authorized changes, safeguarding data quality and coordinating resolution of exceptions.

Responsibilities

•  Review supplier creation and change requests for completeness, consistency and supporting evidence.

•  Validate key master-data fields and approved documentation before authorized entry or changes.

•  Update or coordinate updates to supplier master records within the designated system and access rights.

•  Investigate duplicate records, incomplete information and data-quality exceptions.

•  Coordinate with Procurement, Compliance and supplier support to resolve missing approvals or information.

•  Maintain clear change records, audit evidence and operational quality reports.

•  Suggest preventive data-quality controls and enhancements to master-data workflows.

Minimum qualifications

•  Relevant experience with master-data control, supplier data, procurement administration or a comparable discipline.

•  Attention to detail, ability to follow approval workflows and analyze exceptions.

•  Practical Excel and ERP skills; understanding of confidentiality and data integrity.

•  English: original client JD states Advanced; final scope and hiring language remain to be validated.
