Job Description

Responsabilidades

•  Recibir, clasificar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de proveedores y usuarios internos a través de los canales de atención.

•  Orientar a proveedores sobre registro, carga de documentos, presentación de facturas y uso de las plataformas correspondientes.

•  Resolver consultas habituales sobre incorporación, uso de catálogos y accesos cuando lo permitan los procedimientos.

•  Registrar y dar seguimiento a incidencias técnicas en el sistema de tickets autorizado y escalar los casos no resueltos.

•  Mantener registros confiables de los casos, tiempos de respuesta y problemas frecuentes.

•  Detectar incidencias recurrentes y compartir oportunidades de mejora con los analistas senior.

•  Cumplir los requisitos de confidencialidad, los flujos documentados y los estándares de servicio.

Requisitos mínimos / habilidades

•  Experiencia en atención a proveedores/clientes, solicitudes de servicio o actividades administrativas similares.

•  Comunicación clara, organización y seguimiento de procedimientos de atención y escalamiento.

•  Familiaridad con portales de proveedores o herramientas de oficina; las plataformas específicas pueden aprenderse.

•  Inglés: el JD original solicita nivel avanzado; validar el requisito específico frente al pricing de S2P en español.

Requisitos deseables / habilidades

•  Experiencia con Ariba, SAP o sistemas de tickets.

•  Experiencia documentando preguntas frecuentes u orientando a usuarios.
