The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer to lead quality engineering practices across enterprise applications, AI-driven solutions, integrations, data platforms, and digital products. You will work closely with software engineers, product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, and global business stakeholders to build scalable automation frameworks and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who combines strong automation engineering expertise with curiosity about emerging technologies and a passion for reliable, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for enterprise and digital applications.

· Build and execute automated functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end test suites.

· Partner with development teams to embed quality early in the Software Development Lifecycle through Shift-Left and continuous testing practices.

· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable, and repeatable releases.

· Test cloud-native applications, REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and data-driven solutions.

· Use AI-assisted testing capabilities and emerging technologies to improve test creation, coverage, maintenance, and defect detection.

· Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure solutions are testable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.

· Analyze failures, investigate root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects efficiently.

· Define and monitor quality KPIs, automation coverage, defect trends, and release-readiness criteria.

· Mentor QA engineers and promote automation standards, reusable assets, and quality engineering best practices.

· Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies and translate them into practical improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 5 years of hands-on test automation development.

· Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.

· Proven experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.

· Strong experience in API and integration testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
