### Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Tester with 6 + years of experience in performance testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apache JMeter for load and performance testing, along with hands-on experience in automation using Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java) . The candidate should be skilled in analyzing application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and leveraging monitoring, debugging, and observability tools to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance tests using JMeter .
- Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java) .
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report application performance bottlenecks.
- Utilize debugging, profiling, monitoring, and observability tools to diagnose issues across application, network, database, and infrastructure layers.
- Work with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams to resolve performance-related issues.
- Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor application health and performance metrics during test execution.
- Support CI/CD integration for automated performance and regression testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter .
- Experience in test automation using Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java) .
- Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog , Grafana , Dynatrace , AppDynamics , and Kibana .
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools such as Chrome DevTools , Fiddler , and Wireshark .
- Good understanding of web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts including load, stress, spike, volume, and endurance testing .
- Understanding of performance metrics such as response time, throughput, latency, CPU utilization, memory consumption, disk I/O, and network utilization .
- Experience in log analysis, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and optimization recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
