Opportunity Overview

- Leads product delivery from MLTP’s Contract Manufacturer (CM) in Malaysia, work onsite at CM factory.

- Responsible for committing and scheduling customer orders with the CM.

- Responsible for transmitting and ensuring CM’s MRP and delivery commits are aligned with the build plan.

- Oversees contract manufacturers’ production schedule and ensure it meets our customer commitments.

- Leads product delivery from Contract Manufacturer (CM) in Malaysia.

- Coordinates with the logistic partner in the FCZ to fullfill customer orders

- System transactions for Purchase Order, receiving, SO shipping and support documents collection.

- Shipment delivery tracking & problem solving, logistic cost collection & analysis.

- Overcome and drive any issues that may arise from the CM process, product, capacity, materials supply chain, or any other logistical issues coming in the way of meeting customer demand and on-time delivery

- Heavy hands-on coordinating leadership presence with individuals spanning multiple functional areas within MLTP, the contract manufacturer, and logistics companies.

- Understanding of international trade rules, Inco terms, duties/tax knowhow, Boned / Free Trade Zone regulations and processes.

- Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with Contract Manufacturer

- Seasoned individual with 4-6 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Management and Logistics.

- B.S. in a business/technical field. (MSc. nice to have)

- In-depth knowledge of the Electronics Manufacturing and Logistics processes.

- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong logic and analytical problem solving skills.

- Ability to multi-task activities, set priorities, and adhere to schedules in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

- In-depth experience in management of Contract Manufacturers.

- Strong analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, capacity management).

- Well versed in information technology applications (MS Office applications).

- Ability to be innovative in issues related to strategic processes, CM relations, quality assurance and the associated measurement systems.

- Excellent English communication skills, Chinese speaking candidates are preferred.
