About this role
JOB SUMMARY
Under the general guidance of the Security Manager; receives and evaluates incoming emergency and non-emergency calls to Hendrick Security and dispatches Security officers to various locations within Hendrick Health properties. Coordinates communication between multiple agencies and departments. Monitors all surveillance cameras; remaining vigilant to developing situations that may require intervention; and directing officers accordingly.

Minimum Education
- High school or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience
- 0 to 2 years relevant experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
- Ability to deal effectively with community; consumers; and hospital personnel
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
- Ability to collect relevant information on calls for service and relay that information to Security officers in the field
- Operate security electronic equipment including CCTV and access control
- Handles emergency or crisis situations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; and CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch)
