We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Executive. This is a varied role where you will support all facets of Human Resources.

How will you make an impact?
Reporting directly to the HRBP Manager Thailand and Vietnam, this role will be responsible for providing HR Operational Support to the team, management and employees.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to..
- Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including phone screens, interview coordination, scheduling interviews, supporting recruitment events, contract drafting, offer management & onboarding
- Ensure office & retail new joiners onboarding is smooth and efficient and according to the roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder and employee against global and local processes including scheduling onboarding sessions
- Prepare Monthly Payroll for approval working with external payroll provider and reporting to accounting for payment processing
- Providing accurate and timely general administrative HR support
- Manage benefit enrolment and termination for all employees / dependents
- Monitor the leave application and track the leave progress and usage per the company policies
- Maintenance of employee records in our HRIS
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives such as Team Building, Staff Party as well as CSR Initiatives
- Manage off-boarding of employees including exit checklist
- Executing and promoting compliance of all Tiffany policies and procedures, including coordinating WHS management processes and managing Workers Compensation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years' Human Resources Executive/Generalist experience.
- Fluent in English
- Experience using SharePoint and similar tools is a must.
- Strong computer skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions
- A sense of humor! We like to have fun and see personalities shine!
- Passion for luxury retail environments; jewelry / watch expertise is a plus
