Then come and join our global team as a Senior Manager Tax Process Optimization and Controls (f/m/d) driving the further development of Siemens Healthineers' global tax governance and making a significant contribution to the company's success through efficient processes, effective controls, and sustainable optimization initiatives.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You take on a key role in the development and optimization of global tax governance and, in doing so, shape the future of tax-related processes within an international corporate environment.
- You analyze the interfaces and dependencies between Tax and other corporate functions (e.g., Accounting, HR, and the business areas) and develop sustainable improvement measures to increase efficiency and quality.
- You manage the collaboration with external service providers, are responsible for the corresponding contractual relationships, and ensure effective as well as high-quality service delivery.
- You lead international projects for the implementation of new applications, drive process optimizations, and actively support change processes through professional change management.
- You review existing control structures, identify optimization potential, and promote the global exchange of best practices within the international Tax organization.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a successfully completed university degree and have further qualified yourself in modern project and transformation methodologies, for example in an agile environment (e.g., SAFe).
- You bring many years of professional experience in leading complex Finance, Tax, and transformation projects within an international corporate environment and have successfully guided strategic initiatives through to implementation.
- You possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of Accounting, Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Service Organizations, as well as a deep understanding of tax-related and adjacent business processes.
- You have extensive hands-on experience with SAP and in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes in SAP-based environments.

- You are comfortable working in international matrix organizations and successfully collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across countries and functions.

- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to successfully align differing interests.
- You are passionate about process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement and demonstrate the ability to establish change in a sustainable manner.
- You stand out through a strong customer and quality orientation as well as a structured and reliable way of working.
- You have business-fluent written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
