Job description:

You will join the Financial Advisory team as an Assistant Manager, reporting to the Financial Advisory Partner. Your primary responsibilities will focus on, but not limited to, executing M&A advisory and valuation engagements, supporting business development initiatives, and managing client deliverables.

- Support the origination and execution of corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, business strategy, financial modelling and market entry assessments

- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support transaction structuring, pricing, deal negotiations and other key investment considerations

- Manage assigned engagements, including preparing and reviewing information memoranda, business plans, financial models, valuation analyses and transaction-related deliverables

- Coordinate buyer and seller due diligence activities, review relevant transaction documentation from a financial and commercial perspective, and prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Execute valuation engagements, including business and equity valuations, purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations and financial modelling, applying appropriate valuation methodologies

- Support client relationship management, preparation of proposals, identification of new business opportunities and development of the Financial Advisory practice

- Supervise junior team members, review work deliverables, provide technical guidance and ensure assignments are completed to the firm's quality standards and agreed timelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics

- Minimum 5 - 7 years in valuation, corporate finance and M&A with Big4 or accounting firms or investment banks.

- A relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA FA, MBA etc) will be highly regarded.

- Good verbal and written English and Thai communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
