About this role
- Support the development and enhancement of products through product analysis, documentation preparation, and effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in pricing activities by preparing and maintaining accurate data and pricing models, ensuring all documents and regulatory filings are fully compliant with OIC requirements and Chubb standards of practice.
- Help prepare product materials, conduct profit testing, and support UAT activities for both new product launches and revamps of existing products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Product, Operations, IT, and Distribution to support product launches and deliver ongoing projects on time.
- Manage OIC related responsibilities including tracking and monitoring product renewals, staying up to date with new regulations, and preparing required information and submissions as directed by the OIC.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks to support the broader product development and pricing function.
Proactively build knowledge across product, pricing, and regulatory domains while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in insurance, actuarial, product development, or pricing.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and pricing concepts is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA, SQL, or R is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with data, models, and documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn
- Effective communicator with the ability to work well in a team environment
