About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Engineer to join our team specializing in design and development for our Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems business in Cwmbran, Wales, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry.
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer 2027.
To be succesful in the role you will need the following:
- Currently studying for an accredited engineering degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering or transferable.
- Show an interest in working in a global corporation and Adaptability to working in a changing environment
- Capable of independent working and team work as required
- Keen to work in an automotive organisation with a keen interest in the automotive industry
