# Job Description Summary
As Head of IT/OT, Automation and Digitalization, you will be a key member of the Oslo site leadership team, with full responsibility for a multi-disciplinary organization covering IT infrastructure, OT systems, automation, and digital/data solutions.
The role combines people leadership, strategic direction, and operational accountability to ensure stable, secure, and compliant manufacturing systems while driving digital transformation and continuous improvement across the site.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the functional departments
- Define and execute the strategic direction for automation and digitalization in alignment with Global A&D lead.
- Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operations of IT, OT, and automation systems
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Establish strong cross-functional collaboration across local and global stakeholders
- Hold full accountability for people, budget, and resource management
- Represent the function in the site leadership team and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Be part of site PMO and ensure all projects are executed as per automation and digital standards
Qualifications
- ## Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, IT, Digital Engineering, or related field
- ## Significant proven leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- ## Strong understanding of complex production and process environments
- ## Experience working in regulated industries (GMP/GxP) is preferred
- ## Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution
- ## Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
