# Job Description Summary
Are you a recent MSc graduate in Pharmacy with hands-on experience in PET radiopharmaceuticals and a passion for healthcare innovation? As an Associate Scientist in our Pharmaceutical Development team in Oslo, you will contribute to the development of PET radiopharmaceuticals and cassette-based imaging products. You will perform laboratory development work, support process and formulation optimization, and help solve technical challenges. Working in a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate across functions and gain valuable experience in radiopharmaceutical R&D. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in an innovative pharmaceutical development environment. This is a laboratory-based role and requires you to be located in or near Oslo.

Essential Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development of PET radiopharmaceuticals and cassette-based imaging products.
- Plan, execute, document, and evaluate laboratory experiments.
- Support formulation development, process development, and product optimization activities.
- Analyze and interpret scientific data and clearly communicate results.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to development reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Pharmaceutical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and project teams.

Basic Requirements

- MSc in Pharmacy, completed or expected to be completed before the start date.
- Hands-on experience with PET radiopharmaceuticals gained through a master's thesis, research project, internship, or relevant employment.
- Understanding of PET radiopharmaceutical development, including radiochemistry, short-lived isotopes, automated synthesis platforms, and product development activities.
- Ability to plan and perform laboratory work independently, with strong analytical and scientific problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with cassette-based synthesis/manufacturing systems and/or scientific documentation is an advantage.
