About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Pre-Commissioning to lead the safe and successful delivery of specialist pre-commissioning projects within the oil and gas sector.
The role will oversee project planning, mobilisation, technical execution, resource management, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of pre-commissioning projects.
- Oversee activities including system cleaning, chemical cleaning, flushing, hydrotesting, drying, nitrogen services and associated specialist operations.
- Coordinate project personnel, specialist equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and EnerMech's QHSE procedures.
- Monitor project costs, progress, variations and commercial performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership to project and site teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing pre-commissioning projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning methodologies, systems and specialist services.
- Experience working on onshore and/or offshore oil and gas facilities.
- Experience delivering complex pre-commissioning scopes on new-build, brownfield or major capital projects.
- Strong project planning, commercial management and leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of HSE requirements and operational risk management.
- Engineering qualification or relevant technical background preferred.
