Where You'll Make a Difference

- Process incoming invoices from vendors through IFF’s workflow systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Match invoices to purchase orders within IFF systems.
- Handle invoice verification activities in accordance with defined processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
- Validate invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals.
- Support invoice prioritization to ensure timely processing and payment.
- Reconcile processed transactions and investigate discrepancies when needed.
- Maintain high-quality data and documentation standards within Accounts Payable processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Fluent Slovenian, Bosnian, Serbian, or Montenegrin language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good command of English , both written and spoken.
- Ongoing upper-level education and active full-time student status at a Hungarian university.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week , with flexibility around your academic schedule.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP ECC, is an advantage.

- Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
