Join us as an 0rganizational development & change management coordinator and play an important role in helping our people, leaders, and organization grow and evolve. Working closely with the Organizational Development and Change team, leaders, HR business partners, and project teams, you will help coordinate and support key people initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, talent development, leadership capability, succession planning, and culture across the organization.
You will contribute to a variety of initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, cultural evolution, and change management. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with people, data, and processes to help build a high-performing and engaging workplace.
What you'll do
• Support the coordination and execution of Organizational Development programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and culture initiatives
• Assist in preparing talent insights, workforce data, presentations, and materials used to support talent discussions, calibration sessions, succession planning activities, and leadership reviews
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys, focus groups, and action planning efforts, helping leaders translate feedback into meaningful improvements
• Support the development and continuous improvement of tools, communications, resources, and processes related to performance management, talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational effectiveness
• Gather, analyze, and interpret people-related data and trends to identify opportunities to strengthen employee experience, engagement, leadership capability, and organizational performance
• Contribute to initiatives that support career development, internal mobility, talent growth, learning, and leadership development across the organization
• Support the development and execution of change management plans for organizational initiatives, including culture, process improvement, digital transformation, and organizational design projects
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to support adoption and sustainable change
• Assist in conducting change impact assessments and identifying potential risks, challenges, and support needs
• Develop and maintain communication materials, presentations, toolkits, and resources to support employees and leaders through organizational initiatives
• Support the planning and coordination of training, learning, and capability-building activities, including logistics, materials, and participant communications
• Track project deliverables, milestones, engagement metrics, adoption indicators, and action plans, providing regular updates to project teams and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, stakeholder lists, communication calendars, and other Organizational Development and Change Management tools and resources
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve Organizational Development and Change Management practices, templates, and processes
• Contribute to creating a positive employee experience by supporting initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership, growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
This role could be for you if you
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, Talent Management, People Analytics, Communications, Project Coordination, or a related field
• Have contributed to projects involving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change implementation
• Have an interest in Organizational Development practices, including performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture
• Are comfortable working with people data, survey results, talent insights, and reports to support recommendations and decision-making
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can create clear, audience-focused materials
• Build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset
• Enjoy helping leaders and employees navigate growth, development, and organizational change
• Are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about leadership, culture, talent, employee experience, and the future of work
