Your role
We are looking for an intern who will support the Digital Reshaping Team in driving large, complex, strategic and innovative digital transformation programs within Luxottica Marketing Operations.
The intern will contribute to the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence, supporting the team in translating business needs into practical digital initiatives. Working alongside Product Managers, the intern will gain hands-on experience in innovation scouting, business analysis and project coordination, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the team in identifying business needs, collecting requirements and translating them into structured digital and AI use cases.
- Contribute to the exploration, assessment and testing of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Assist Project and Program Managers in preparing project plans, timelines, presentations and status updates.
- Track project activities, open actions, dependencies, risks and key decisions.
- Conduct market research and benchmark emerging technologies, AI trends, digital solutions and best-in-class practices.
- Support the analysis of existing processes to identify improvement, automation and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with different business teams and technology partners, facilitating communication and information sharing.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, Business, Economics, Data Science or related fields.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to structure information and derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious and innovation-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership of activities.

- 950 Eur Gross per month
