Your role:
As a CIC Agent, you will provide professional support, guidance, assessments, complaint handling and returns management, as well as other customer service tasks such as order processing and responding to inquiries regarding deliveries and invoices.
It is very important that our customers are met in a friendly and professional manner and receive competent assistance. As a significant part of customer interaction takes place over the phone, you should be comfortable using the telephone as a primary work tool, have a positive attitude, and be able to manage a wide range of customers and inquiries.
We also value a strong interest in ophthalmic lenses and lens fitting. With your optical background, you will contribute expertise and support to the rest of the team.
We are committed to finding the right candidate for the role. Therefore, authorization as an optician is not a requirement, although experience from the optical industry is considered a strong advantage.

• Order management
• Product information and guidance
• Delivery and invoice inquiries
• General customer service activities
Main requirements:
• Preferably a qualified optician, although this is not a requirement.
• Experience from the optical industry and a solid understanding of products and customer needs is desirable.
• Enjoys customer interaction via telephone and email.
• Approaches customers and inquiries with empathy and patience.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and analyzing optical-related issues.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Has strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Possesses good written and spoken English skills.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.
• Is able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Is comfortable working with internal systems and databases.
• Is open to learning new systems and processes.
• Experience with Luxottica frames in combination with prescription lenses is considered an advantage.
• Norwegian and English is a must
