## Position Summary

Shipping Administrator

## Duties

1) To supervise daily routine shipment such as arrangement of unloading and loading activities and others customer’s requirement that can be fulfilled.

2) To carry out daily morning briefing with handler and bay operator.

3) To address any abnormalities to superior regards to shipment matters/

4) To prepare shipping document in timely manner.

5) To liaise with customers in relation to shipment.

6) To communicate effectively with customers about delivery and collection of consignments.

7) To ensure that customer product is dispatched correctly.

8) To assist Shipping Coordinator to liaise with Custom Department on Custom matters (LMW, M1, M2, M4, and value added activity renewal).

9) To communicate with Order Administrator in relation to processing of processing document prior to shipments.

10) To communicate with Warehouse Controller regarding the product arrangement base on warehouse lay out and procedure.

11) All other responsibilities that commensurate with her experience and qualification as assign by his/ her Manager.

12) To coordinate with Warehouse Controller on utilisation and adequate availabilities of space in warehouse.

13) To support in any improvement activity (Lean), 5S, 7 waste, 8SPS and Kaizen.

14) To work and plan for the best action with his Superior for any Ad Hoc arrangement request by Customer

15) To ensure and comply with company rules, policies, QA procedures, safety and SOPs.

## Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
## Required Experience

- At least 2 years working experience
- Familiar with shipping documentation
- Able to drive forklift
